We got inspired by Pancake Parlour to make their big brekki but minus pancakes (not pro enough to make fluffy pancakes as of yet!) AND WE NAMED IT THE DIABETIC BREKKI CAUSE MUSHROOMS WERE BUTTERED AND BACON WAS SO SUCCULENT YUMMMMM
