CHRISTMAS 2013!!!

Although the Christmas tree isn't up, this year's Christmas was STILL AMAZINGGGGG!!!!!! We held a Christmas party at mine where we played Uno, versed the ULTIMATE GOD at Wii tennis for bets, made Kracie (Jap mini food) and watched vids from dedicated Jap ppl n their mini food. Everyone left at 2am and Michelle slept over and we pretty much slept at 4am- I AM STILL SO DEAD. Today I met with Gav and HE GOT ME NIKESSSSSSS O M G I LOVE YOUUUUUUU!!!!!! THAT WAS PRETTY MUCH MY ONLY PRESENT BUT I AM VERY MUCH SATISFIED!!!!!!! I love yaaaa KIENT

I am sooo going to miss tv here because there are soooo many channels including a korean KBS with English subtitles, going for ice cream at Buds and always getting weird looks when ordering the ice cream with a free toy meant for kids, watching this super intense Indian drama every night with my aunt and cousins and getting so annoyed with the unnecessary zoom ins on the eyes, eating bot chien!!!!,freshly squeezed OJ for less than $2, getting my hair washed by someone else and facials and the people especially my cousins AND GRANDMAAAAA

But I defs will not miss the sewage smells, mosquitoes n mice n lizards

DAI NAM PARK

Went last Sunday and it was huge, hot and super tiring. A note to everyone- don't go on roller coasters. They are so dodgy here like it was fast as fuck to the point my head kept being pulled side to side hitting the metal seat really hard. Head hitting against metal + feeling weightless = half alive Mk. And the rides here don't have much information about them so it can be misleading. Eg saw this sphinx and pyramid statue outside one of the rides and thought it would be cool to get a ticket to take photos inside back in the Egyptian days. Turns out it was a horror ride where we had to walk through all these mummies and ghosts. We all held tightly to my huge tough cousin who came out with only one thong. Next, we saw a boat ride full of dinosaurs advertised and asked if it was scary. They said no so we bought in my baby cousin- next minute there's ghosts and scary dinosaurs roaring super bloody loud. I seriously don't trust Vietnam. The adventure park is soooo huge (really recommended) to the point to get from one place to another you have to use their cars to move around. Last we went to the zoo!!!!! Loved it especially the giraffe!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to go zoo with Gav back in Australia cause last time we planned to go but shitty weather and I got shitty towards Gav too AHHAHA sozzzz yo

Nightmares

I keep having dreams where the VCAA exams that I just did for year 12 was actually just practice exams that were set in serious conditions and that everyone knew except me because I was too excited in finishing them. It's sooo fucking scary cause I find out like a month later after I've thrown away my notes and I've already forgotten everything and in my dream I'm about to go Vietnam for a nice holiday but instead I have to bring all my notes and practice exams on the plane and to do in Vietnam. THIS IS THE WORST DREAM EVER

Second nightmare was last night and it was about getting results. I got pretty much in the 20s for all my subject I WAS SHIT SCARED N DEPRESSED. Thank god it was just a dream

The fob life

This place is so bloody dangerous- I can't wear jewelry, I can't hold a purse or a phone in my hand in public or on a motorbike, the other bikes and cars on the road are selfish and always try to overtake without even letting is know like wtf!!!!! However, I've been getting my hair washed for like 40k VND ($2) which goes on for at leat half an hour and they full massage your hair and give you a facial. It's soooo relaxing- would definitely miss this when I come back to Australia. I've been eating out everyday for literally every meal (brekkie, lunch, dinner and dessert). I'll defs need to gym it up....when I come back....maybe,.,.. lol.....ceeeeebs

VN experience so far

This country is so not hygienic and everyone on the roads are fucking yolo. Unlike in Australia, no one gives way to others on the road and even if you did you get cursed at. The food is incredibly cheap and delicious. I've been eating out pretty much everyday at restaurants. Most likely will be fatter when I come back (more meat = more cushion for Gav when he wants to sleep with me). And some people here change their phone settings so that when you call them, instead of hearing the usual ringing sound, you hear a song of their choice. So bloody randz. I'm not allowed to wear my gold ID necklace because someone will snatch it off my neck. It's so corrupted here I swear. Can't even wear jewelry ughhh. Their Pizza Hut is a huge restaurant it's sooooo weird. There are so many more restaurants here than in Australia and it's super cheap as well. I just want to take Gav everywhere!!!!!

December 4th

I have never loved anyone so much or have been loved immensely by anyone before but you. It is actually a lot harder than expected not being able to talk or see you as I want. Although I'm having fun here, I'm counting down the days until I'm with you again. Missing you way too much Mr Mihardja.
